The software is licensed for both commercial and home use We boot from a USB stick so no install is needed this way has a better chance of recovering files even from a system that not booting into Windows.
Data recovery may be possible but it will take a long time to scan the drive depending on the size and speed of the drive.
We can only try to recover Data from Hard Drives,SSDs/ Memory Cards/USB Pendrives that are showing up in the bios or Windows.
If the drive isn't showing in the bios you may need to send the drive away to a professional data recovery specialist but this is very expensive.

£100-£200 Try and recover deleted or lost files from a formatted drive
HDD Recovery 6-12 hours
