Lenovo V110-15AST AMD A9 Laptop Windows 10 1TB HDD screen might need replacing

Selling as faulty or for parts due to the screen mark i've tried cleaning it with screen cleaner and Isopropal alcohol but nothing seems to remove it. see picture 2

Cosmetically screen mark and some wear to the trackpad some scratches on the bottom
